My favorites from 2011.
This recipe came about while freezer/pantry diving. I love when recipes come together and they taste as fabulous as this one did. And, it was kid friendly to boot!
I know. It's the middle of winter and the last thing you want to think about is a cold drink. But this one was so good I would drink it no matter what the weather. Another kid friendly recipe.
I don't think anything needs to be said about this recipe. The picture says it all!
These were our absolute favorite muffins of 2011. They even made Foodbuzz Top 9 which caused me to hoot and holler and run around the house like a maniac!
OMG, I can not wait until Summer just for this peach cake. Absolutely, hands down the best cake I have ever made in my entire life. My hubs still talks about it.
My go to recipe for those days I want to feel like an Italian Mama and cook all day long with a few glasses of red wine and some good music.
This recipe makes me want to make my hubs go out and stand in the cold and grill some of these babies up! I guess I could be nice and just stick them under the broiler but what fun is that?
This recipe gets pulled out when the air turns crisp and the leaves start to turn. It's my go to recipe for Fall. Whether you decide to use pork sausage or go vegan, this one never fails to satisfy!
Our first experience with a fantastic eggplant recipe. We are typically not a fan of eggplant but this recipe gave us a whole new appreciation for it.
I hope you enjoyed my favorites of 2011 in no particular order. Now, I'm going to go and find myself something to eat! I've gone and made myself hungry...
Dee, these all look fabulous! They have made me very hungry and I can't decide which one I'd like to eat first.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great Best of...! All of these look absolutely deelicious! :) I could easily dig right into those ribs and then that Eggplant Parmesan - my all time favorite meal! Yours looks wonderful!
