Fresh Fruit with Lime Gastrique
Yields 4 servings
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup sliced kiwi
1 cup sliced mango
1 cup sliced banana1 cup sliced strawberries
Whisk together lime juice and sugar in a small bowl.
Combine kiwi, mango, banana, and strawberries in a large bowl.
Toss fruit with lime mixture; let stand 15 minutes before serving.
Per Serving: Calories 110; Total Fat 1g; Cholesterol 0mg; Sodium 3mg; Protein 1g

Yummy! But honestly it really doesn't feel like spring ... it's pelting with rain outside yet again (at least you get to see pretty snowflakes)! Love your photos, your fresh fruit with lime looks simply deelicious!

ReplyDeleteLauren, this was so yummy :) It would be really good on top of an Angel Food Cake with some whipped cream. Although, then it would no longer be low calorie...eek!
